Personal Injury

Designed to protect your platform entity against third-party bodily injury, defamation, false imprisonment and wrongful entry claims arising from your business activities. Independent contractors and their workers are not covered third parties under this policy.

Property Damage

Designed to cover legal liability for accidental physical damage to tangible third-party property and premises caused by your business activities. Property owned by, leased to, or in your care, custody or control is not covered (except premises you lease for your business).

Products Liability

Designed to cover your platform entity's legal liability for third-party personal injury or physical property damage caused by tangible products you manufacture, sell, supply or distribute, excluding bikes and scooters. Products supplied by third parties listed on your platform are not covered. Cover for digital goods and software is excluded.

Legal & Defence Costs

Investigation, negotiation, defence and appeal costs for covered liability claims are payable in addition to your Limit of Liability. For claims subject to USA or Canada law, defence costs are payable within the Limit, not in addition.

Goods in Care, Custody & Control

Compensation for damage to third-party goods in your care, custody or control, including merchant inventory on your platform, fulfilment centre stock or held client devices.

Worldwide Cover

Worldwide Occurrence cover for your Australian-based platform business. Liability involving USA or Canadian-domiciled companies is excluded, and defence costs for any USA or Canada claim are payable within the Limit of Liability.

Platform Vendor Indemnity

Covers your platform entity's own legal liability for third-party injury or property damage claims arising from your marketplace, aggregator or sharing business. Individual hosts, drivers, riders, operators and contractors are not covered under this policy.

Cyber-Adjacent Liability

Bridging cover for liability claims arising from data, software or system-related events that traditional PPL policies exclude, closing the most common digital-business protection gap.
